Tom B Stone
Hi, I’m Tom B Stone. I’m married, a dad, comic book nerd, sports enthusiast and love to ride my Harley.
In 2008 I started my piercing apprenticeship at Saints and Sinners Tattoo on Brady St, in Milwaukee and I fell in love with the industry and traditional American tattoos. Tracy Marie and I opened Cereal City Tattoo in Battle Creek, Michigan in 2015.
Toledo opens up an opportunity to focus on my style of tattoos, give me more time to make art when and spend more time with my family. Please follow me on Instagram and Facebook Tom B Stone Tattoos @tombstonetattooer
My husband, Tom B.Stone, and I started “Two Sparrows Tattoo Co.” in 2021 and live in Toledo, Ohio, with our two daughters.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, I’m a self-taught artist learning from all forms of art to create my own. I find inspiration in just about everything because in life art takes all forms. Throughout the years I’ve learned different mediums such as charcoal, pen and ink, acrylic, and oil. At the age of 18, I sold my first painting and made it my goal to turn art into a career.
In 2018 I learned tattooing and quickly fell in love with it. A lot of what I learned as an artist translated almost seamlessly when I started tattooing and I continue to use design fundamentals to create art on skin. My favorite styles to tattoo are realism, illustrative, watercolor, and neo traditional.
Collaborating with my clients is something I enjoy to turn their ideas to a reality. Every tattoo I do, there is thought and creativity put into it on top of over 15 years experience in the art industry.

18 years old. Sorry no Minors. In order to get tattooed at Cereal City Tattoo you must provide a photo ID.

It’s practically impossible for us to give you a quote over the phone without having all of this information. We do have a $100 shop minimum, but please contact our artists to discuss details. You are also more than welcome to come in to Cereal City Tattoo and talk to one of our artists who would be more than happy to help get you the information you need!

Breathable Adhesive Bandage – Your artist has washed the tattoo & applies a breathable adhesive bandage. Leave this on for 72-96 hours. The bandage may fill up with plasma stained with ink. This looks brownish/black and is normal. If the bandage leaks, slowly push fluid out of the leak point. Wash the area with a liquid antibacterial soap, dry and patch the leak with a piece of adhesive bandage or tape. Remove the bandage in the shower. Warm water will soften the bandage. After removal leave tattoo exposed, apply and small amount of fragrance free or lotion as needed. If bandage comes off early, refer to Wrapped Healing Instructions.
Wrapped Healing Instructions – Leave tattoo bandaged for a minimum of 2 hours. Once you are in a clean sterile environment and able to clean the tattoo;
- Wash your hands thoroughly with antibacterial soap.
- Wash the tattoo with your hands.
- Rinse the tattoo.
- Pat the tattoo dry with a paper towel.
- Apply a very small amount of aquaphor. Repeat 3-6 times daily. Other restrictions and recommendations are included in the aftercare packet.
You can find all Cereal City Tattoo merchandise at the shop.
